Adaptable invoicing
Features multiple invoicing options, including tiered pricing (cumulative or total units) for service and/or storage, plus cubic foot or per carton storage pricing for each customer. Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing provides maximum flexibility and improved efficiencies.

Archive billing
Allows access to previous billing cycles to locate pertinent account information and reduces hard copy file storage of historical billing information. Also provides customer analysis reports for historical and year-to-date revenue growth.

Audit trail
Our intelligent audit controls accurately and consistently provide “cradle to grave” tracking of client information, while incorporating checks & balances to locate items with a complete scan history, including the employee who performed the transaction, the date and time it took place. Driver Scanning
Tracks the location of boxes and files with barcode verification, from point-of-pickup or delivery and provides integrated receipt printing. This automates processes for both operations and billing and provides a complete audit trail for your customer’s vital information.

Dynamic Warehouse System
Allows boxes to be moved from one location to another with a simple barcode scan, providing more efficient use of space and reducing labor costs. Integrated reporting features ensure 100% accuracy for your warehouse.

E-billing
Provides fast and efficient client billing, reducing costs related to printing and mailing invoices. Automatically creates emails with PDF attachments and sends to your customers.
