Microfilm Services at Focal Point Solutions fall into two main categories:

• Microfilming of large backlogs of documents

• Microfilming on a regular scheduled basis for clients who opt to outsource this particular business requirement

How the Microfilm service works in practice:
A company has a large quantity of documents. FPS will personally collect these documents on an agreed time schedule and bring them to our bureau. The documents are prepared and filmed onto an agreed format i.e.: 16mm/35mm roll microfilm.

The finished roll/security roll can then be copied onto several other formats depending on the Customers wishes. The security roll & duplicate roll are dispatched to the client and the original hardcopy documents transferred into our document storage facility.
